DESIGN
The author's vision was to portray the protagonist in a stage setting at the piano, with the cover offering readers a glimpse into Mack’s emotional journey. This is subtly reinforced through the depiction of puppet-like strings, symbolizing the pressures of show business. The author also had clear ideas for Mack’s illustration, particularly regarding her style of dress. The color scheme of the cover was thoughtfully selected to reflect the themes and narrative of the book.
